Collaborative mode
Prior to placing the Purchase Order, many discussions take place between the parties. When the PO is about to be implemented, these close contacts must continue. It would often be risky to just wait for the shipment or the QC inspection at end of production.

Initial sampling or prototyping can be necessary.
When moulds or special tooling are required, when customized marking or logo must be used, a sample for validation has to be submitted.
Often, time and cost constraints do not allow to make many such samples and mail them back and fro. Our team has the experience to work with the local suppliers to handle these validations on behalf of the customer. And to communicate with the foreign customer when final adjustments or clarifications need to be made. This prompt and direct method of validation can save time and keep the efficiency high, without feeling inconvenience due to the distance between the two parties.

All along the process, our team keeps this proactive attitude. We notice that many suppliers value this approach and see it as a chance for them to learn and improve. This bring them increased confidence and motivation in the deals.

Independent Quality Control
Our team run QC inspection according to the planning of production.
This will generally include at least inspection at the start of production and inspection at the completion (80% or more) of the production, prior to final preparation and packing.
QC report are filled and documented by our team and communicated to the foreign customer.
Payment are not fully released to the supplier as long as the goods are not accepted.

When specific testing are required, Asiavoila will cooperate with specialized independent testing laboratories.
